Kumar Ashish
A corporate lawyer, entrepreneur and international business advisor with more than 20 years of experience across corporate and commercial advisory, cross‑border investment, market entry, real-estate transactions and project financing.
His work includes financing and lender documentation, business establishment, joint ventures, strategic partnerships and practical experience across hospitality, retail, sports and entertainment. He also advises the Europe–India SME Business Council.
Director
Rohit Negi
An international business and institutional-relations professional with more than 23 years of experience across SME promotion, bilateral trade, joint ventures, government liaison and business delegations.
His wider commercial experience includes event management, manpower services, commodity and bullion trading. He serves as Director—Northern Region at the SME Chamber of India.
Together, the directors combine legal depth, entrepreneurial judgment, institutional access, sector experience and cross‑border execution.
